Just like bad weather, we all have internal storms from time to time. These storms may be family issues, or issues at work, and just like the environmental storms, we have little control over calming them. The only thing we can be totally confident about is our ability to take responsibility for keeping ourselves calm.

Practice calm in your life. The storms will ultimately pass.

What a great way to spend a summer evening! Invite your neighbors to join you and enjoy the glow. ✨

SOAR’s Light Up the Night is happening on Saturday, 25 June and open to all ages! Join us at 8:30pm to get your glow on with free limited glow swag FCFS basis. You can ride your bike, walk, or run this fun run that begins at 9:03pm. Friendly pets are welcome! This glow of a time will be kicked off with emergency services vehicles leading the way. The route does include a shortcut for those pressed on time. Don’t miss out on this fun run and please help us spread the word!

Sensitive topics (gender fluidity, sexual harassment, racism, etc.) could be discussed during this forum.
