Chapel Tithes and Offering Funds (CTOF) Account Manager Advertisement
The Edwards AFB Chapel is accepting bids for the Chapel Tithes and Offering Funds (CTOF) Account Manager contract position.
The basic conditions, specifications and qualifications are included in but not limited to the Account Manager Performance Work statement and bid documents.
A demonstration of skills is not required.
Obtain a copy of the bid documents package at the Edwards AFB Chapel 2, Bldg. 6447. Document will be available starting 15 January, Monday through Friday between the hours of 0800 and 1600, excluding holidays and down days. Please call 661-277-2110 prior to arrival to determine if the Chapel Tithes and Offering Funds Contract Officer or point of contact is available to issue out a bid documents package and when submitting bids.
Due to chapel manpower constraints the Contract Officer or chapel point of contact may be reached at 661-277-2110 in regards to submitting bids.
The submission due date is NLT 27 January 2025, 1400 hours (Pacific Standard Time).
The basis of award by which the individual is selected for this contract is Best Value with Overbid Options. Specific details on the selection process is in the basis of award document.
There is a requirement for contractor background check(s) for position(s) involving contact with children below 18 years of age, as directed by AFI 52-101 and (if applicable) this contract will be specified by the respective Performance Work Statement.

You are so invited to join the Protestant Parish following the Worship service on Sunday, November 24th for the Hanging of the Greens. Protestant service begins at 10:00 AM @ Chapel 1 aka the Flight line Chapel Bldg 2700 - 15 West Popson. We will be serving snacks and going over where various decorations are placed. We will then break into groups to accomplish the task of decorating the Chapel 1 Sanctuary for Advent. Hope to see you for a time of fellowship and fun.

This Sunday begins the start of Daylight Saving Time. Don’t forget to set your clocks forward 1 hour at 2:00 AM (or before bed) so that you will be on time for service. Please note: Cell phones do not need to be reset, using your cell phone is a great option.
