Mayroad Residents,
It has been brought to our attention that someone has broken the cover to the irrigation timer at Mitchell park in order to shut off the irrigation. This behavior is unacceptable and counterproductive to our efforts in providing a wonderful living experience for all residents.

Whether at the park or at your home, if something needs to be addressed surrounding the irrigation run times, or any other issue, please call or place a work order. Please do not adjust or turn off irrigation.

CE Project Title: Repaving of Forbes Ave (Nightingale Dr to S. Rosamond Blvd)

Timeframe: Schedule: August 10 – September 11

Description: a section of Forbes Avenue, between S. Rosamond Blvd and Mitchell and Nightingale streets, will close for full-depth roadway rehabilitation. Drivers traveling in the area should follow posted message boards, remain alert for construction crews and allow extra travel time. A traffic control plan will be in effect, using clearly marked detour routes to direct traffic around the work zone. Traffic control operations will follow the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices Typical Application.

*Project will not commence until previous section of Forbes Ave (between Payne and Nightingale/Mitchell) is completed*
