Arrowhead Lakes Estates Association, INC, Edwards, MO 65326 Large homeowners assoc. North of County Rd M, SE of Warsaw, MO There are 16 different Units and well over 2,200 lots owned by approx. 700 property owners.

An older development that was started back in the late 50's with the vision of having homes on the lakefront and camping on the upper tiers. We are in the process of trying to bring back a sense of community in the area and do what we can to clean up the image of our development. There are over 15 miles of road in the development and dues are only $50 per year (not month), so roads are pretty roug

h. Many homes have fallen into disrepair, but we also have many very nice homes. My hope is to find some alternate funding to improve the roads. We also have 3 parks (one with a shelter) and 3 boat ramps for members.

If anyone is missing a doc with a white roof it just passed us at the 80 1/2 MM floating toward the 80 mile marker.
