We are looking for HVAC Contractors!
REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS
HVAC CONTRACTORS NEEDED
Madison County Community Development will be accepting proposals from HVAC contractors interested in participating in the Furnace Voucher Program during the period of October 1, 2026, through May 28, 2027. Madison County Community Development (MCCD) will conduct an informational meeting for all interested parties. The informational meeting will be held on August 13, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. at the Madison County Administration office at 157 N. Main Street, Suite 309, Edwardsville, IL.
Contractors interested in pre-qualifying as a contractor for the Furnace Voucher Program must call our office at 618-296-6485 by 2:00 p.m. August 12, 2026, to register their company name. The purpose of this meeting is to explain the Furnace Voucher Program and for pre-qualification application materials to be completed by the contractor. All contractors who attend will be given a contractor pre-qualification packet. All pre-qualification materials are due by 4:00 p.m. on August 26, 2026, at the Madison County Community Development office, 157 N. Main Street, Suite 312, Edwardsville, IL 62025. Contractors that complete the qualifications and are interested in the Furnace Voucher Program will be accepted as Contractors for the Furnace Voucher Program.
