Historic Town Hall of Effingham NH The New England Masonic Charitable Institute in Effingham, New Hampshire was constructed in 1858.

Currently houses the Charter Oak Masonic Lodge #58 and Effingham Public Library. The building was a combination Masonic Lodge and boarding school. Now owned by the Town, it once served as Town Hall and is the Effingham Public Library.
