I enjoyed the opportunity to join my colleague on the Assembly Oversight, Reform & Federal Relations Committee, Assemblyman Cody Miller , for an excellent tour of the New Jersey American Water Delran Operating Center.

Water infrastructure is critical to the health, safety, and economic well-being of our state, especially in our district. Making sure essential utility services, including water, remain reliable and affordable for my constituents is a primary concern. Our office is always available to help connect constituents with support and resources when they are facing challenges with their utility services.

We also learned more about the long-term challenges facing our water infrastructure, from climate resiliency and aging systems to technological and cybersecurity risks. Maintaining a safe, reliable water supply requires continued investment, planning, and partnership, and I look forward to continuing that work on behalf of our communities.

I was pleased to join the Chamber of Commerce Southern New Jersey in Burlington County as they hosted Senator Cory Booker for a conversation with local business leaders.

Senator Booker discussed his work to support South Jersey’s economic growth through investments in infrastructure, workforce development, and small businesses. These partnerships are important to creating opportunities and strengthening communities across our region.

I was pleased to join Senator Cory Booker and NJ Casino Reinvestment Development Authority for a tour of Atlantic City’s Orange Loop, followed by a conversation with local developers at Cardinal Restaurant.

Atlantic City has so much potential, and continued partnership and investment are essential to strengthening our local economy and creating new opportunities for residents and businesses.

I was happy to attend the Black Business Expo in Atlantic City and spend time with the entrepreneurs and business owners who are building, growing, and serving this community.

With more than 30 vendors participating, the evening gave local businesses a chance to showcase their work, meet new customers, and connect with one another.

Thank you to Bruce Weekes, Pamela Fields, the City of Atlantic City - Government’s Division of Economic Development, and everyone who helped organize the expo. It was a pleasure to be there and to support the people whose work adds so much to Atlantic City.

It was a pleasure to join the South Jersey Democratic Women's Forum for its Annual Gala and spend the evening with so many women who are committed to serving their communities.

When women step forward to lead, they bring their experiences, judgment, and perspectives to the decisions that shape our schools, our economy, our healthcare system, and the future of our families. Creating space for more women to enter public service strengthens our communities and gives the next generation more examples of what leadership can look like.

I’m grateful to the South Jersey Democratic Women’s Forum for continuing to encourage, connect, and support women who are ready to serve. I was proud to be among so many dedicated leaders from across South Jersey.

I was pleased to join community leaders and partners in Atlantic City for the ribbon-cutting of the new MBCA Park at Pacific and North Carolina Avenues.

This new public space is a welcome addition to the neighborhood, giving residents and visitors another place to gather, relax, and enjoy our city.

Congratulations to Scott Cronick, the MBCA, and all of the organizations and supporters who helped bring this project to life. Investments in welcoming community spaces help strengthen neighborhoods and add to the quality of life for the people who call Atlantic City home.

I appreciated the opportunity to be part of the celebration and to recognize the collaboration behind this project.
