Please be advised that the area adjacent to the parking lot at the EHT Nature Reserve -Specifically the northwest corner behind the split rail fence - will be under construction beginning Tuesday, May 19, 2026.

The Township is coordinating the Carman Memorial Pavilion Project in honor of the Carman Family. The project will include the installation of a concrete walkway, pavilion, stone memorial, and new landscaping. The entire project is being funded through generous donations from local contractors and friends of the community.

In addition to creating this meaningful memorial, the project will also enhance and beautify the park for all visitors to enjoy.

For your safety, please use caution near the construction area and remain outside all designated work zones during the project.

Have reusable grocery bags? Bring them with you this Saturday! We are collecting them to donate to our local food bank!

‼️Trash Collection Update for Egg Harbor Township Residents ‼️

Trash collection will resume tomorrow, February 26, 2026.

If your regular trash day is Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday, your trash will be collected sometime on Thursday, Friday, or Saturday of this week.

Residents are asked to place their trash at the curb beginning this evening, Wednesday, February 25, 2026.

We kindly request that residents refrain from yelling at our snowplow operators.

Although many are experiencing frustration, confronting the operator only delays snow clearing for the community. Thank you for your patience and understanding during this blizzard cleanup.
