On Friday we hosted a visit from The Arc of Atlantic County, an organization that offers a wide array of services to the developmentally disabled. They toured our firehouse, equipment and had an opportunity to operate a fire hose. We truly enjoyed brightening their day. They all left with smiles and it was a pleasure having them. We are discussing a possible future visit from another Arc group.

Yesterday at approximately 9:45 pm, Scullville Fire Company's Hovercraft was dispatched for a mutual aid assignment to Pennsauken for a water rescue on the Delaware River. A crew responded and successfully rescued two jet skiers, transporting them to safety. We would like to thank the Pennsauken Fire Department for their professionalism and hospitality.
