The Village of Egg Harbor Board of Trustees is thrilled to announce that Megan Sawyer will be the new Village Administrator. Although she has a different name now, she is not an unfamiliar face to the community! As Megan Vandermause, she previously served as Deputy Administrator / Deputy Clerk-Treasurer for four years.

“We are beyond excited to have Megan back in the Village, and we are confident that she has the talent and skills to move our community forward through all the tasks and projects before us,” stated Village President John Heller. The Village Trustees agreed that Megan is an extremely talented and bright individual. She exemplified so many positive qualities and leadership capabilities as she successfully helped the Village through a myriad of projects during her role as Deputy Administrator.

Mrs. Sawyer will begin her administrative duties on May 17th. Prior to her position at the Village, Megan obtained her Bachelor’s Degree from UW-Stevens Point, with a double major in Public Administration and Political Science, and a double minor in Small City Analysis and Sociology. She will be leaving her current position as Deputy Clerk for the Village of Ephraim. She and her husband, Joe Sawyer, live in the town of Egg Harbor.
