Help us support our library and donate your unwanted entertainment including, books, audio-books, DVDs, cassettes, records, magazines, puzzles and calendars. Profits are used to purchase items not covered by the annual library budgets such as children's programs, new books, magazines, staff support projects and more! We join the reading community in mourning the loss of Dolly Parton. According to the New York Times, in 1995, Dolly "established the Imagination Library, a philanthropic endeavor through which more than 200 million books have been distributed to babies and young children." What a class act!

An amazing woman😢

The Libby app team is saddened to hear of the passing of Dolly Parton.

Dolly was a beloved artist and cultural icon, but perhaps just as importantly, she was a lifelong champion of literacy and the belief that everyone deserves access to books. Through the Dolly Parton's Imagination Library, she helped put books into the hands of children in communities across the globe and inspired generations of young readers to discover the joy of reading.

Today, we’re taking a quiet moment to read in Dolly’s memory and to celebrate the incredible legacy she leaves behind.
