2 Students-one from Wharton County and one from Jackson County will be selected for scholarships. Student must be majoring in the agriculture field.

The Wharton County recipient for The David W. Rose Memorial Scholarship for 2025 is: Meredith Gold from El Campo High School. Meredith will be attending Texas A & M University in the fall and majoring in Ag Systems Management. Good Luck Meredith, can't wait to see what is ahead for you!

The Jackson County recipient for the David W. Rose Memorial Scholarship is: Emma Strelczyk from Edna High School. Emma will be attending Tarleton State University this fall and majoring in Animal Science! Good Luck as you unfold this next chapter of life!
