Free Seminar for Korematsu Families! Preparing for College & Careers: Expert Guidance for Parents & Students

Join former UC Admissions Director Michael Trevino for an informative and practical presentation on how students can strategically prepare for both college and career success. As college admissions grow more competitive and the labor market continues to evolve, families need clear, actionable guidance.

This session will cover academic planning, extracurricular strategy, career preparation in the age of AI, and financial considerations—helping students build not just experiences for a strong college application, but a strong foundation for long-term success.

Support the Korematsu Move-a-thon! On April 23, students will jog, walk, dance, play soccer, whatever during PE class. Every student with ANY amount of donations through the Zeffy site is eligible for a chance to win GREAT PRIZES at the May school assembly.

Update from Principal Burnham, posted to ParentSquare December 10, 2025:

I am glad to see that there is a Tentative Agreement between UTR and district administration. But please know that we continue to operate on our work stoppage schedule today. We continue to have limited staff for students. Korematsu teachers are slated to return tomorrow for a normal school day.
