A special display for a special lady. Dolly and her legacy made a great impact on libraries everywhere through her imagination library program. To honor her beautiful life and love, take the time to read her memoirs we have here at the El Dorado library. Even better, donate to the imagination library fund to get books in the hands of young children, just as Dolly wanted!

The library’s incredible float from the 2026 Grizzly Fest Parade! 🐻💜🎉 There was a little bit of wind and rain, but nothing that we couldn’t handle. This float won 3rd place, what do you think?

In the true spirit of Butler, the library’s parade float was created through the joint efforts of our incredible student workers and our awesome librarians! An extra special shout out to our students Kay, Kristen, and McKenna for all of your hard work. It was a long road but together we built something that we were truly proud of 🐻💜📖
