Barton Library The Barton Library is a public library providing free wi-fi, computers, dvd's, audio books, magazine Colonel T. H. Barton Donated the Building.

Barton Library was founded in 1958 when Union County Library, located in the courthouse and El Dorado City Library, at Elm and Jackson Streets, merged. Barton Library is supported by the citizens of Union County through property taxes and contributions.

Join us every Tuesday at 11am for story time and a fun craft. This is a free program designed for kids ages 0-5 and their grown-ups.
