On Saturday, June 13th, 2026, between the hours of 6:30PM and 7:00PM, Fred Alvin Dieter walked away from his residence in the area of SW 100th St and SW Haverhill Rd. This address is rural and outside of the city limits of Augusta. He left in an unknown direction and is not believed to be utilizing a vehicle at this time. Fred is 77 years old and has the beginning stages of dementia. He was wearing jeans, a blue shirt and ball cap at the time he left. He is 5’9” tall and weighs 175lbs. He has brown eyes, and grey hair and beard. On March 3, 2026, during the school day at Circle High School, it was reported unknown student(s) went through another students unsecured bookbag and took his cell phone, his apple phone charger, and an open 2 oz. green bottle of "Gucci Guildy - Elixir De Parfum Pour Homme" cologne from within the backpack while the student was in class. The school resource officer was contacted and is investigating the case.
The phone was located a short time later.

UPDATE: FOUND SAFE!
Thank you to everyone who shared this information. He has been found safe.

The El Dorado Police Department is requesting the community’s assistance in locating Ntiense Altair Usoro. Ntiense is a 15 year old Hispanic male who is around 5’11” and 170 lbs. He was reported as a runaway from the area of Race and Central. He was last seen around 16:30 in the area of Towanda Ave and Atchison St.
Ntiense is reported as wearing a dark colored t-shirt, gray pants and blue tennis shoes.

On February 1 in the early morning hours 2 subjects entered Storage City and burglarized a camper and stole some propane tanks from some Campers in the lot. This is in reference to Case #26-00151
