DUE TO A MULTIPLE VEHICLE ACCIDENT ON MAGNOLIA HWY AT N WYATT DR, WEST BOUND LANE OF TRAFFIC IS TEMPORARILY CLOSED AND TRAFFIC IS BEING DIRECTED ON THE EAST BOUND LANE. PLEASE USE CAUTION WHILE DRIVING THROUGH.

HIBANKS RD JUST OFF OF HWY 82 WILL BE BARRICADED FOR APPROXIMATELY 5 HOURS AS OPTIMUM CREWS IN THE AREA WORK TO REPAIR LINES. PLEASE PLAN AN ALTERNATE ROUTE IF POSSIBLE.

Lawson Road back open

The fire has been controlled to a level where Lawson Road and Nick Springs Road is back open. Pine Tree Road remains closed because of ongoing fire control activities.

Wildfire update-suggested evacuation Hwy 82 east of Pine Tree Road

The ongoing wildfire is currently about 1.5 miles from the area of Hwy 82 and Pine Tree Road. This fire is being aggressively fought but is still progressing. If you live in this area be prepared to and consider finding somewhere safe to go. At this point evacuation is not mandatory but suggested due to the potential for rapid deterioration.

Due to the ongoing and obvious extreme fire risk, all outdoor burning is strictly prohibited and will be strictly enforced. Anyone found to be burning will be cited to appear in court.
