🚧 ROAD CLOSURE NOTICE – COLLEGE AVENUE 🚧

Beginning at 6:00 a.m. on August 13, 2026, the portion of College Avenue between 5th Street and Parkway Drive will be closed to allow crews to complete sewer repairs. The repairs are expected to take most of the day.

Please plan your commute accordingly, use an alternate route, and avoid the area if at all possible.

Thank you for your patience and cooperation while these necessary repairs are completed.

68 y/o Dorinda Johnson left Baptist hospital (El Dorado) on foot at approximately 0130 hours on today’s date. She was last seen wearing a multi colored nightgown. She is 5’3”, approximately 260 pounds, grey hair and blue eyes. She suffers from bipolar and schizophrenia. If anyone sees Ms Johnson please contact us at 870-251-8170 or call 911. Also if anyone has security cameras, please check footage for any sightings of her.
