Erick Meadows for Union County Sheriff-Arkansas is proud to announce that Sheriff Candidate, Erick Meadows, has been invited to be a panelist for the August Alliance Meeting! Thank You So Much, 100 Families Initiative of Union County, for the invitation and this amazing opportunity!

Meet our one and only Erick Meadows. He will be on this months panel for the August Alliance Meeting.

He is one of two twin boys born in Houston, Texas, to Lee and Janice Meadows. Erick L. Meadows was raised in Camden, Arkansas, where he graduated from Camden Fairview High School in 1998.

He attended the University of Arkansas at Monticello, and Henderson State University, before earning an Associate of Professional Studies in Law Enforcement from SAU Tech.

Erick began his law enforcement career in September 2002 with the Texarkana, Arkansas Police Department and graduated from the Arkansas Law Enforcement Training Academy later that year.

Today, Erick proudly brings 24 years of law enforcement experience, including 17 years serving Union County through the Union County Sheriff's Office and El Dorado Police Department. Erick Meadows currently serves as Captain of the Patrol Division, a position he’s held since January 2023.

Erick is the proud father of 4 daughters; Leyah, Elayla, Summer, and Winter.

‼️99 Days to Go‼️

In just 99 days, the citizens of this great county will choose their next Union County Sheriff.

My campaign team and I are out in neighborhoods across the county, knocking on doors, introducing ourselves, and sharing information so you can make an informed decision on Election Day.

I believe it’s important for every voter to know where their future Sheriff stands on public safety, community policing, crime prevention, accountability, and the many other issues that impact our families every day.

If you see us out in your neighborhood, please don’t hesitate to stop and say hello. I’d love the opportunity to answer your questions, hear your concerns, and discuss my vision for Union County.
