At the beginning of the I move to amend the minutes of the last few meetings because they were & are not correct. But instead the inner circle prevents those corrections from being made. I've side this for over a decade: The federal government taxes you twice when it comes to social security! This needs to stop. Also, why is it that when the government supposedly shuts down the first ones to not get paid are the ones who are paying taxes twice. This is stupid! I say that from now on whenever congress doesn't pay SS on time then those people should get to go slug each member of congress each day until they get paid. Also, SS needs to not be effected by changes is administrations, SS should not go to the General fund but should be in a lock box, and we should get to invest 1/2 of our SS. Congress is a bunch of thieves steeling our money!

Many of you probably already know this but you can help educate other people. 11/11/1918 was originally Armistice Day. The warring sides in WWI decided to end the war on the 11th hour of the 11th day of the 11th month. This would not have happened without the entry of the United States into WWI. Because the USA could see that war would continue to go on and to escalate, so we chose to put an end to the seemingly endless fighting. President Wilson insisted the the United States forces would not be answerable to France or the UK or any of their allies. We took the lead and pushed the Germans and their allies back to a point that they knew they could not win. The failure to that war was the resulting Armistice Peace Treaty negotiated by politicians. (Yes politicians have been screwing things up since the dawn of civilization.) Since the birth of our nation our people have joined the military to defend and protect our nation. America's military stands on the shoulders of those who served before us, and so we honor and respect those who served before us and thus allow us to stand so far above all other military's. We also pass on our pride and respect to those who serve after we have each ended our service. Thus to us "Proud to Serve" is not just a phrase but deeply felt PRIDE.
