Fort Bliss Financial Readiness Program Fort Bliss FRP provides financial education & counseling to Soldiers, their Families, Retirees. and DoD Civilians. No profanity will be tolerated.

We assist clients evaluate income, budget, reduce debt, plan for retirement, access military benefit programs, save/invest for the future. The Financial Readiness Program (FRP) and Consumer Advocacy Service are available at Fort Bliss Army Community Service (ACS). The ACS FRP offers education, counseling and support services to assist active and retired Soldiers, their Families, and DA civilians w

ith their financial affairs. The FRP services are geared toward building financial resiliency, living within means, and financial planning for the future. Our mission is to reduce indebtedness, prevent financial vulnerability, increase knowledge on personal finance, and to build wealth and financial resiliency through an array of personal finance classes and one on one counseling. FRP works with Army Emergency Relief (AER) to ensure emergency assistance is available to meet a valid financial need. Welcome to the official Fort Bliss Financial Readiness Program page! Due to the Government shut down ACS will have limit services. We will remain open with the following services available: AER and Victim Advocate services will be available during the government shut down. You can seek AER services via our online portal at

Apply for grants and zero-interest loans using AER’s online portal. The new feature allows Soldiers, retired Soldiers and Army Families the ability to request assistance from anywhere in the world and, if approved, receive funds via ACH, PayPal or Zelle.

This Week’s CFC Featured Cause: GIVE CONSERVATION
Cause Area: - Environmental Protection
CFC-participating charities are developing technology to clean trash out of the oceans, discovering fungi and bacteria that can eat plastic, inventing new ways to clean excess carbon from the air, and restoring endangered species populations to keep our planet clean, safe, and healthy. See the attached promotion and attach it to your weekly campaign email as well as the supplemental social media promotional materials. October is Finanical Readiness Month. Relieve your financial stress by attending our finanical classes throughout the month of October. Some of our classes will be on West Bliss at the Main ACS building and others will be on East Bliss at the Warrior Zone. Registration is not required.
