Reunited!! When the side gate gets left open, your pets will explore!! Thankfully Officer Robert Estupinan was able to get Chica, Oreo and Milk back to the Hernandez family Now they are microchipped and we hope the gate will not be left open again! Keep your pets safe and chipped!!

Sandy update! He is now learning how to walk with a harness on! He is allowed to follow his nose! He always stops by Betty's kennel (our beautiful blue pittie mix) to say HI and get some reassurance that this is all 'ok'! Sandy and Betty are available for adoption or rescue pull! Betty is very friendly with pets and people and knows sit plus walks well on a leash! All pets adopted or pulled by rescue groups will be vaccinated, microchipped and spayed or neutered.

Sometimes Officers rescue pets that have been abandoned. This little guy came in so under socialize we could not handle him without him trying to protect himself with snapping. Join us and the El Paso County Animal Welfare Department TOMORROW, Oct. 23rd at Ascarate Pool for our Poochtacular Howl-o-ween Plunge Pawty! We will have a pumpkin patch photo booth, pet costumes contests, puppy plunge and pet vendors. The entrance fee is $2 pets, and $1 for pet owners/guests.

All proceeds collected will go the El Paso County Animal Welfare Clinic. The clinic provides free services to the community which include microchipping, vaccinations, spaying and neutering.
