On Friday, we honored CH Cole for his dedication and leadership by presenting him with the Meritorious Service Medal and a Cobra Strike plaque. We also recognized Mrs. Cole with the Yellow Rose of Texas for her incredible support and contributions to the El Paso and Fort Bliss communities.

Thank you both for your unwavering commitment and lasting impact on our team and community. You will be deeply missed!

On Friday, we ended the week on a high note by dominating the 11X Turkey Bowl! Our Junior Enlisted, Non-Commissioned Officer, and Officer teams remained undefeated against other battalions—because only the Cobra Strike Battalion can take down a Cobra Strike team!

A huge congratulations to the Soldier team for going undefeated and taking home the Championship! Your teamwork and skills were the key to victory. Keep striking strong! 🏆

Yesterday, we wrapped up the 11th BDE Annual Canned Food Drive Competition with the most artistic sculpture! Huge thanks to SPC Grant, SPC Hobbs, and their amazing helpers for their creativity and hard work.

We’re so grateful for all the donations, which will make a big difference for the Fort Bliss community!

We wrapped up the weekend with Operation Shining Star! The Dingos (D BTRY), Japan Air Self-Defense Force (Kasuga Air Base), and the 802 Patriot Squadron from the Royal Netherlands Army, executed simultaneous Patriot missile live-fire operations. The exercise strengthened our teamwork and refined tactics, with family members joining us to witness an unforgettable day!

The Cobra Strike leadership wrapped up the week with a Right Arm Afternoon on Thursday! This military tradition lets leaders take their “right-hand” team members out for a relaxed gathering to build camaraderie and show appreciation. It’s all about strengthening bonds and fostering team unity outside of the formal work environment.

Our Career Counselor - SSG DeShazo, spoke at Sunridge Middle School’s Veterans Day assembly, sharing his military journey and reasons for serving. Meanwhile, Soldiers from HHB, Bravo, Charlie and Echo joined Pebble Hills High School for a Veterans Day breakfast to honor U.S. veterans.

We’re grateful to these schools for honoring our Service Members and for our Soldiers for fostering community bonds!

Leading the way with motivation and passion, the mighty Cobras showcased their strength during the Imperial Run today! We're proud to highlight our battalion's commitment and teamwork. A special shoutout to one of our Soldiers who was recognized for his outstanding cadence calling—stay tuned for photos!#CSFL!

The battalion is only as strong as its connections, and we reinforced ours. Today A-2 THAAD celebrated CPT Roman's birthday with cake, cupcakes, and camaraderie. No fancy venues needed - just good food and great people. Proud of you, Gunslingers. This is how we become more than a unit. Here's to another year of leading from the front. #CSFL
