Fort Bliss Community Health Promotion Council Through the CHPC, Fort Bliss leaders hope to empower Soldiers and family members through synchronized health promotion and well-being programs that address the entire spectrum of health.

The CHPC is a multidisciplinary forum which empowers the community to work
together on significant issues that face the well being of the installation
and constituents. This is not solely a forum to address health inadequacies,
but also issues that encompass the entire spectrum of health, including
behavioral, emotional, spiritual, environmental and physical.

The Fort Bliss CHPC's mission is to identify and set priorities for community health promotion and well being programs while directing the integration and synchronizing of installation programs and services. This mission will be accomplished through five subcommittees: the Installation Prevention Team, the Su***de Prevention Task Force, the Wellness Fusion Campus, Brigade Health Promotion Teams, and the Family Resiliency Team.
