PAL Aftercare - Pinnacle Services Provide foster care youth & alumni with access to PAL benefits, connect to community resources, and provide services that will empower youth.

PAL Aftercare provides services to foster care youth and alumni, ages 18-21, that are preparing to transition to independent living in El Paso, Texas. PAL Aftercare services have been provided by Pinnacle Social Services since 2005. The PAL Aftercare program staff consists of:
