Army Reserve Enlistment Incentives FY22

Non-prior service Bonus 20,000 6 years plus 2 years inactive

Prior Service Bonus $20,000 must have 3 years time in service 6 years and 2 inactive

Student Loan Repayment $50,000

Montgomery GI Bill Select Reserve Kicker $350 a month for 36 months, 6 years 2 inactive or 7 years 1 inactive or 8 years and 0

Quick Ship Option go to basic train with 7 weeks of contract date $7,000

Officer and Warrant Assessions Bonus $20,000 or Student Loan Repayment $50,000 6 years.

The payment of the bonuses are 50% completion of initial training requirements and 50% at half way point or 50%, 25% 25%. The Student Loan Repayment is 15% or entitlement each year of Enlistment until complete i.e. $50,000 = $8,335 for 6 years.

Please share with interested 18 to 34 years or up to 38 with a waiver.

Military Working Dog (MWD) handlers are responsible for the care and training of his or her service dog, which contributes to combat operations abroad and installation security at home by providing target odor detection (explosive/drug). Service dogs, generally seen as a non-lethal option for neutralizing a threat, also serve as a psychological deterrent during law enforcement operations. The Army Reserve helps and pays for your college tuition. You attend training at your unit one weekend a month and two weeks out of the year. You are able to stay here locally or wherever you decide to move to because the reserve is federal and it’s part time!

The big benefit is you can stay in El Paso and have your college tuition paid for. This is a great opportunity, serving locally while focusing on your plan 😎🇺🇸

Did you know the Army reserve is a “part time job” I normally recommend these to high school students and college students because the Army reserve helps and pays for your college tuition. You attend your job or unit one weekend a month and go for training two weeks out of the year. You are able to stay here locally or wherever you decide to move to because the reserve is federal and it’s part time. The big benefit is you can stay in El Paso and have your college tuition paid for or if you want to go to a trade school you’ll have that paid for also 🙌🏾 😎🔥🔥

Uptagrafft, who previously served in the Navy Reserve, is no stranger to the Olympics; she competed in 2012 in London and has competed in multiple Olympic trials in women's air and short pistol.

"To be an Olympian, you have to work harder than you have worked on anything in your life and be single-minded and dedicated to your goals to be the best in your sport," Uptagrafft said. "This applies to your physical training, mental training and technical skills.”
