Woman's Auxiliary of The University of Texas at El Paso We support the scholarship program at The University of Texas at El Paso through membership and fund-raising events.

Established in 1924 as the El Paso Women’s Association of the College of Mines, the Woman’s Auxiliary of UTEP has supported generations of UTEP students through various fundraising projects, including the annual Scholarship Benefit Luncheon. Nearly a century later, the membership of the Woman’s Auxiliary of UTEP has grown to more than 300 loyal UTEP supporters. Our fundraising efforts have raised over $275,000 to support educational endeavors at the University.

The El Paso community is invited to the 9/11 Memorial Stair Climb commemorating the 25th anniversary of the Sept. 11, 2001 attacks. Hosted by the UTEP ARMY ROTC Fighting Miner Battalion, first responders and fellow community leaders, participants will climb 110 flights of stairs, representing the floors at the World Trade Center in New York City.

Check-in begins at 6 a.m. at Sun Bowl Stadium, with the event to follow at 7 a.m. Register now as a stair climb participant or spectator: https://utepn.ws/4fWQWI4
