Yesterday Sapper Steel held a change of command ceremony to farewell LTC James Pence and welcome LTC David Farrar.

As LTC Pence says this is a “see you later” and not a good bye as he goes to Fort Irwin for his next duty station. Thank you sir for everything that you did for and the ! You will be missed and we will see you later at the National Training Center (NTC).

Lets also welcome LTC Farrar, his wife, and son to the Sapper Steel Family!

Army Emergency Relief (AER) - an amazing organization made to assist Soldiers who are in financial distress while also providing scholarship and grant opportunities.

This morning Bravo “Beast” Company gave Soldiers the opportunity to donate to AER. Many decided to support this organization knowing these donations will directly help fellow Soldiers.
