StrongArm FRG,

We need volunteers for the softball games at Biggs Park on 15 MAY 2013. This is an all day event starting at 0900..Our role will be serving food which is why the food handlers class has been made available to us several times.
We can work with volunteers schedules as needed, any help is greatly appreciated!
Remember to bring your food handlers card with you to the event.

StrongArm FRG,

We are rescheduling the trip from 02 MAR to 16 MAR. Redeployment is still underway and and we have been asked to move the date.
Apologies for any confusion and inconvenience this may cause. We are trying to include as many people as we can and make this a great day for everyone.
We are definately going to go with the destination of Carlsbad Caverns. More details will be provided at the meeting tomorrow at 1600 in the Company Conference room.

StrongArm FRG,

Our next meeting will be held this coming Wednesday, the 27th at 1600 in the Company Conference room. We will be discussing our Family Day Trip scheduled for this Saturday 02 March.
We are considering 2 options: Ruidoso Tubing and Carlsbad Caverns. We will be discussing which option appeals to more members.
Please plan on attending, especially if you are interested in the trip because we will be making decisions based on what the majoriy want to do.
