We would like to take a minute and thank all of the departments that came and offered mutual aid. We used over 100,000 gallons of water to extinguish the fire. The cause and origin are still yet to be determined. We could not have done this without the help of our neighboring departments. We also value the support of our community. Also to clarify, this is no longer Arkansas Reclamation, it is also not Waste Management, this is operated by Waste Connections. Thank you all again. A large fire at the Arkansas Reclamation building in White County sent thick smoke into the air for hours Thursday morning, drawing responses from multiple fire departments.
