A successful donation processing event took place on Saturday, May 9, where we unloaded and processed bags of canned food from postal service vehicles, boxed the items, loaded them into a TLH truck, weighed and transported the shipment back to TLH to unload and organize all of the donated goods. All thanks to you, together we can STAMP OUT HUNGER!

We need your help friends! We are only two weeks away from our postal service collection. The El Reno community will come together to donate canned and dry goods which will be collected by our mail carriers and brought back to the post office. That’s where our amazing volunteers will date the items, sort them, box them and load them.
We could totally use your help Saturday May 9th! .

We have three shifts available, which shift fits yours schedule? 10am-1pm; 12:30pm-3:30pm; 3pm-6pm (we may finish earlier)

Light snacks and beverages will be provided. 

Please message me your shift preference. I will start contacting our previous volunteers soon

It takes hours and hours of training to be able to run a Non-Profit Pantry. We are here to learn and better ourselves for you, our guests. 🙌🏼 Greatful for The Regional Food Bank hosting this Partner Agency Conference! Happy Friday!

Board Member, Rosalia, attended the Quad Chamber Speed Networking event held at the Canadian County Expo & Event Center yesterday. El Reno, Mustang, Piedmont & Yukon chamber members had the opportunity to introduce themselves and their business or organization. Several contacts were made for volunteer opportunities and fundraising ideas.
