(RIT) Rapid Intervention Team Training
Two in Two out !
Whenever firefighters operate inside Immediately dangerous life or death atmosphere such as a a structure fire at least two firefighters need to remain outside ready to rescue them.
EFD Members accompanied by three of the Ed Tech Fire Academy /Delta colledge students trained morning and evening using different technics to rescue someone who could get hurt or trapped in various situations.
This training also gives firefighters the ability to learn how to maneuver themselves out of situation such as a calapse .

Bryan Treat started his career with EFD in May of 2004 ,he served the rank of Fire Fighter until 2012.

Treat was promoted to Lieutenant of Training and proudly served in that position until june of 2025.

Treat currently holds the rank of Captain and holds the highest level of officer training availible ,he also has numerous leadership and management certificates in various Fire Service operations.

Capt. Treats full time job also involves the community and leadership as he is a Public Works Supervisor where he has also served for more than 20 yrs.
