The Secretary of State and our office have been made aware of the third-party registration mailings by Ready to Register Inc. If you receive one of these letters, please remember the following:

1) These mailers were not sent by The Elbert Board of Elections or by the Georgia Secretary of State's Office.

2) Exercise caution before providing any personally identifiable information (PII) on unfamiliar websites or to unknown organizations.

3) If you have questions or concerns about a mailing you have received, you can contact the organization responsible for the mailing directly. According to the organization's website, Ready to Register Inc. can be reached at [email protected].

4) If you are already registered at your current address, no action is required. The mailing may simply be discarded. You can check your voter status by contacting our office or visiting My Voter Page https://mvp.sos.ga.gov/s/ .

5) The voter registration deadline for November 3, 2026, General Election is October 5, 2026.

The Board of Elections will be conducting a Risk Limiting Audit on Monday, 6/29/26 at 10:00am for the June 16, 2026 Runoff.
*This is a audit that happens after every election after the certification*
