Another successful “Nourishing Your Heart:Cooking and Connecting After Loss” was held last night. Instructor, Jo Cessna and Facilitator, Lora Windsor, LCSW focused on how grievers can feel connected, nourishing their body and mind while spending time at the Farmer’s Market.
