The Friends of the Library Flower Sale is happening now!

The Friends worked hard yesterday getting everything set up, and the flowers are here to brighten your Mother's Day weekend. We’re so grateful for everything they do to support the Library!

Whether you’re picking up a preorder or stopping by to see what’s available, come visit the Library today before 2 pm or tomorrow from 9 – 11 am and add a pop of color to your home.

It’s Take Action for Libraries Day!

Today we’re recognizing the people who advocate for and strengthen our Library in so many ways: our Friends of the Library and Board of Trustees.

Thanks to their fundraising and support, the Friends helped make these 2025 contributions possible:
• $9,500 donated to support library initiatives
• Wi-Fi printing access for patrons
• Christmas Stroll entertainment
• Outreach enrichment programming
• Holiday Wreath Craft supplies
• 4 new StoryWalk® signs in Prairie Park - Coming soon!

We also want to extend our sincere thanks to our Trustees for their ongoing leadership and stewardship. From long-term planning to maintaining the Library’s facilities and services, their work—both visible and behind the scenes—ensures the Library continues to serve our community now and into the future.

Because of all of you, the Town and Country Public Library remains a strong and vital part of our community!

Today we’re celebrating our incredible staff who strive to make the Library such a welcoming and vibrant place.

We’d like to extend a huge thank you to our friends from for visiting the Library this past Wednesday and helping families get signed up for Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library!

This incredible program mails free, high-quality books to children from birth to age five, no matter their family’s income, building a love of reading right from the very beginning!

Our Outreach Team provides home delivery service for patrons who can’t visit us in person, but for many it becomes something more than just a delivery.
