Please join us a week from today at our 25th Anniversary Remembrance & Open House

This September, the Elburn & Countryside Fire Protection District invites our community to join us for a special morning of remembrance, reflection, and fellowship as we mark the 25th anniversary of September 11, 2001.

Remembrance Ceremony | 8:00–9:30 AM
Join us as we honor and remember all who answered the call on September 11th and those whose lives were forever changed. The ceremony will include the Elburn & Countryside Fire District’s Honor Guard.

🚒 Community Open House | 10:00 AM–12:00 PM
Following the ceremony, our doors will remain open for the community to come together, visit with members of the District, enjoy coffee and conversation, and spend time at the firehouse.

Twenty-five years later, we continue to remember the lives lost, honor those who served, and recognize the strength of a community standing together.

Race day will be here before we know it! 💜🩵 If you’ve been thinking about joining us for the 2nd Annual Run For Tomorrow 5K, now is the time to get registered!

⏰ September 7th is the LAST DAY to register and guarantee yourself a race shirt! 👕 After that, registration will still be available, but shirts are not guaranteed.

And don’t forget — packet pick-up is going to look a little different this year! Join us for our Appreciation & Packet Pick-Up Party on Saturday, September 12th from 3–6 PM at Obscurity Brewing in Elburn.
