“Shop with a Cop” was as a huge success!!! Big thanks to Wal-Mart for their help and donation along with the many other volunteers who helped make dinner and wrap presents for the kids. Also thank you to the Eldon Fire Department and Probation and Parole for their participation and help with shopping with the kids.

We are doing a raffle to raise money for Shop With a Cop and other events we plan through the year. We are only selling 300 tickets so get them while you can!

We had 24 teams participate with a total of 44 yotes killed.

Team of Michael Schulte, Cole Higgins, Mason Shaffer, and Kurtis Wilson won with most coyotes with 9.

Second place team of Austin Flippin, Andy Flippin, and Caleb Ray with 7 yotes,

Third place team of Clayton Roling, Connor Porter, Chris Allee, Andy Groose with 5 yotes and also mangiest coyote.

Joe Scrivner’s team killed the smallest dog weighing in at 25.23 lbs.

Team of Randy Zimmerman killed the biggest yote weighing in at 45.95 lbs.

Thank you to everyone who participated and can’t wait to do it again next year!

The Eldon Police Officers Association is hosting another coyote tournament in February. It will start at 5:30 pm on Friday February 3rd with check-in at 7:00 pm on Saturday February 4th.
