Today is the day for our OUTSTANDING Seniors. We watched them walk across the stage this morning and remember them walking into the band room for the first time as freshmen. Seniors, you are all wonderful, talented, hilarious, awesome young adults who are destined for greatness. Don't ever doubt yourselves or let anyone tell you differently. Believe in yourselves as we believe in you, and you'll be just fine.🙂 Thanks for everything, best of luck to you all, and please keep in touch.

2026 BAND SENIOR TRIBUTE: Robert Wheeler
Robert has been a driving force in the trumpet section all four years, is always reliable and ready to help out, and is just an all around great guy! We will miss his leadership, humor, and MUSIC! Robert- thanks for being such an outstanding member of the NSHS Band Program!

2026 BAND SENIOR TRIBUTE: Taylar Vondal
Taylar is one of those students who will do anything for the North Scott Band Program. She has helped redefine and elevate the bar for future Drum Majors, and has provided constant support and encouragement to her bandmates. Taylar, thanks for being such a great leader- we wish you the best of luck in the future!

2026 BAND SENIOR TRIBUTE: Morgan Vannorsdel
Morgan has been given the nickname "Mom" by her fellow pit members in the Lancer Marching Band for a reason! Her big heart takes care of everyone and makes them feel welcome and supported. Morgan, thanks for everything- you have been awesome!

What a cool person! Zoe has been a rock over the last four years- always ready with a smile on her face! Zoe, thank you for being such an outstanding senior- we wish you the best!

2026 BAND SENIOR TRIBUTE: Percy Schwener
This kid cracks us up! Percy has been a fixture in the tuba section and belting out those low notes all four years. Thanks for the humor, energy, and fun over the last four years!

2026 BAND SENIOR TRIBUTE: Brent Ryan
Brent can be seen playing bassoon, guitar, and trombone in the NSHS Band! He is another one of those students who is always willing to lend a helping hand, and we are so appreciative! Brent, thanks for sticking with us for the duration and for everything you have done for the band program!

We have really enjoyed having this guy in our program, and it has been fun to get to know him over the last four years. Lincoln, thanks for everything you have done and we can't to see what comes next for you!

Congrats to our SEIBA Honor Band members on a fantastic concert yesterday! Zach and Nathan led their respective sections in the Jazz Band while Rachel, Mason, and Kurtis brought the North Scott music to the stage in the Concert Band!
