☀️ Summer may be winding down, but there is still time to make a splash! 💦

Here is what to expect as our aquatic facilities transition into the end-of-summer season:

🏊 Wing Park Family Aquatic Center
The final day of the summer season is Sunday, August 23. Hours during the week of August 16 through August 23 will depend on employee availability, so watch for regular schedule updates.

🌊 Lords Park Family Aquatic Center
The final day of the summer season is Sunday, August 16.

🏝️ Adventure Island
Fall open-swim hours begin Monday, August 17:

Mondays & Wednesdays: 4:00–5:45 p.m.
Tuesdays & Thursdays: No open swim
Fridays: 4:00–8:30 p.m.
Weekends: 12:00–4:30 p.m.

Thank you for spending your summer with Elgin Aquatics! Be sure to enjoy a few more pool days before the outdoor season comes to a close. ☀️🏊‍♀️

🌧️ Weather Closure

Due to today’s weather conditions, we will be closed for the day, Saturday, 08/01.

Unfortunately, once again we are yielding to nature and closing LPFAC for the day. Please check back for tomorrow's plan late morning tomorrow.

Unfortunately, the ongoing weather is hampering our efforts to open today. With ongoing concerns, we will be closed for the remainder of the day, 7/27.

🌭 Hot diggity dog, it’s National Hot Dog Day! 🌭

Celebrate with a poolside classic at Wing Park Family Aquatic Center and Lords Park Family Aquatic Center!

Today, July 15, from 1:00–3:00 p.m., hot dogs are just $2 each. Come make a splash, soak up the sun, and grab a frank before they swim away! 🌊☀️

Because nothing says summer quite like swimming and a hot dog. 😎🌭

We are currently closed due to the inclement weather in the area, but we are hoping the current storm will pass (and that next set of storms gets pushed back), so that we can open at 3pm!

Please check back around 2pm regarding whether or not we will be able to swim together this afternoon!

Edit: These storms are not on our side today, unfortunately, so we will remain closed for the day today, Thursday, 06/11.
