Our Homeownership Workshop Series is off to a great start!

We were excited to welcome participants to the first session of our Homeownership Workshop Series this past Saturday. The event brought together aspiring homeowners, industry professionals, and community partners for an informative and engaging morning focused on turning homeownership goals into reality.

During Session 1, attendees learned about:

✔️ The home buying process from start to finish
✔️ Financing options and mortgage basics
✔️ The importance of budgeting and financial preparedness
✔️ Key steps involved in purchasing a home
✔️ Resources available to support future homeowners

A special thank you to our guest speakers and community partners including Huntington Bank & North West Housing Partnership, who shared their expertise and helped answer questions from participants as they begin their homeownership journey.

We're looking forward to Session 2, where attendees will continue building their knowledge with discussions on home inspections, working with realtors, legal considerations, and what to expect throughout the purchasing process.

Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make the first session a success!
