On September 19, the Barrington White House is going to be buzzing.

From 9AM–3PM, the first floor is FREE + open to everyone. Stop in to meet our Super Six campaign teams, connect with local organizations, shop local vendors, enter to win our community giveaway basket, and bring the kids for a special story time featuring some favorites from Bell House Books. 📚✨

Join us to knock on doors for Maria Peterson, and Jenny Levin and other Democrats up and down the ballot!

We’re talking to voters right here in our community about what’s at stake and making sure that Democrats turn out to win in November. These conversations are the most effective way to move voters and help Democrats win!

All you need is a comfortable pair of shoes and a fully charged phone. We’ll be out there rain or shine (democracy can’t wait!), so please dress accordingly for the weather. We’ll give you all of the training you need to succeed!

Maria is running for Illinois State Representative in the 52nd House District which covers Barrington and surrounding Barrington communities like Wauconda. She’s a mother, grandmother, first-generation Mexican-American, environmental justice activist, and a former labor lawyer. Qualified? Ummmm, we’d say so.

Come on out and meet her on Sunday 8/30 at Citizen’s Park in Barrington. Bring the kids, the neighbors, your friends, and share your concerns and questions. Goooooo Maria!
