🎉 Celebrating 30 Years of Service! 🎉

Please join us in celebrating Wayne Carlstedt for an incredible 30 years with the City of Elgin Parks & Recreation Department.

Over the years, Wayne has made a lasting impact while serving in many roles including Youth/Teen Supervisor, Assistant Centre Facility Manager, Operations Manager, and now Facilities Manager. He also continues to support our community as a member of the Elgin Parks & Recreation Foundation Board.

Thank you, Wayne, for your leadership, commitment, and the positive difference you’ve made over the years dedicated to serving the Elgin community!
