Good morning, this morning the Holy Spirit said, "acceleration". This is a season of acceleration. Some may or may not understand this. If it's for you, you will understand it (now or later). The words that were prophesied to you, the dreams you sowed into, the promises God made you, the aspirations you've surrendered to the Lord, the maturing of your gifts, the calling on your life, the new ideas and creative inventions, the financial breakthroughs, the things that have been slow...all of the above and more pertaining to you have ONE thing in common and that is ACCELERATION.

The Lord wants you to know this morning that He is not slack concerning His promises to you including His return. Be patient and steadfast, His timing is at hand. Whatever He said He would do for you, He will do.

Thanksgiving is almost here and while some people are enjoying the holiday and the days off, there are people who actually dread the holidays for reasons such as family problems, divorces, death, domestic violence, hypocrisy, loneliness, alcoholism, drug addiction, financial burdens, and the list goes on.

Having said all that, let's pray.

Lord, we lift up every person who reads this and even those who don't. Those we know, those we don't know, our families, our friends and even our enemies. Lord, we ask you to make a way out of no way for those who are struggling financially. Help us to notice and to help with what we have.

Lord, we pray for those going through domestic violence issues. We speak peace to their homes and a way out. Your protection over the spouses and children and resolution. We ask for people to notice and to do something about what they see.

Lord, we pray for those who hate each other, who are misunderstood, who have been betrayed, molested by family members, rejected by family, and every single person that instead of looking forward to this day, is actually dreading it. We ask you to turn things around for them. We speak healing over every wound and we thank you that you heal the broken hearted and bind up their wounds. Restoration and peace to those families and Lord, we command all chaos and strife, and disorder to come to a halt and we command all manipulation to stop and every form of witchcraft is cancelled. We thank you for peaceful reunions.

Lord, we ask you to comfort those who are mourning. Those who are lonely. Help us to notice and open our arms and our homes gratefully and willingly with an open heart.

We speak peace, joy, and order to every home and person represented and we thank you in advance for an enjoyable time and a victorious one. Deliverance over the alcoholics and over the drug addicts in Jesus' name. Peace at every home and every table!

In Jesus' name, be it so!

BOOOOOOM! I see a person in the mouth of a cannon. Like the Lord is launching you out. Those dreams and visions you had are being launched at the same time and it's not only going far, it's not only going to hit and break ground and cause an explosion in the spirit, but the evidence will be seen and heard from a distance. Like an echo. Be encouraged. The time is now.

Like most moms, I woke up this morning with my "to-do list" on my mind and food shopping was #1 on my list. I thought the earlier I get out, the more time I'll have to do the rest. Let me just rush out and about like I usually do. But when I got there, I made a choice. I decided not to dread the shopping experience, and instead to enjoy it. And as I did, I was aware of this amazing overwhelming peace. Sure I was busy doing things, especially the things I had to do, but in the midst of it all was God's peace. The more I realized it, the more I practiced it. One lady dropped something in front of me and made a comment about it and I told her not to allow that one moment to determine the outcome of a lousy day, but instead to look forward to a good one.

I bought some teas on sale like Jasmine green tea (that's a first) and some chamomile mint tea. I took my time and didn't rush. I looked around me and even noticed an elderly woman who looked hip in her leopard print jacket and matching purse with a smile on her face. I even purchased two pink roses and told the florist I wanted some baby's breath with it. She gave me the price and said the baby's breath was an additional cost and I told her that was fine.

As I stood in the check out line, I picked up my roses and smelled them and that's when I realized something that I believe the Lord was hi-lighting to me at that moment. I had stopped to smell the roses. Every part of my morning at Shop Rite was smelling the roses as I strolled along. Life, as hectic as it may seem, was never meant to be rushed.

Take the time today to stop and smell the roses. Breathe in the moment and enjoy it as if it were the last day of your life.

There comes a time in the waiting process where we are tempted to "look for Hagar". In other words, you have a back up plan or someone or something you plan to lean on to bring your dream or desire to pass. Be reminded today that God does not need your help in doing what He said He was going to do in the first place. Your dreams will be birthed and your prayers are answered. Be encouraged. What you are feeling are "labor pains".

A person called complaining and frustrated and mad at the system today. As I listened and maintained my peace, she ended up crying at the end of the conversation. As a believer in Jesus, every phone call and every person you meet is an open door to shine the light of Jesus on them. Even if you can't preach (I didn't), the peace of God in your voice will pe*****te hearts and the phone calls you once wanted to avoid will become your most enjoyable ones as you sit back and watch the Holy Spirit at work.

The other day I met another woman whose name is Caroline. I remembered that I had learned days before that Caroline means free man and strong. So I shared with her what I learned. She looked at me and then showed me her bright yellow rubber bracelet which read, "LIVE STRONG". Then she said, those were words her father always said and her father had died the day before.

Step out of the box and share life with someone! You can't preach in the workplace, but if the spirit of God lives in you, the words you share and speak to those in need are always powerful.

The other day, I met someone whose name is Jennifer and her middle name is Carlton. As she spelled out her name to me, she told me how much she hated it. She said her mother gave her a man's name. I asked her if she ever looked up the meaning of Carlton and she said no. So I took a few seconds to look it up and learned that Carlton means free man and then I told her the meaning of her name. I told her when her Mom named her, she gave her an awesome name. Sometimes in the simplest ways, we are able to minister and share life! In the process, I was encouraged because her name was "Jennifer Carlton". It was a sweet reminder that I am free!

JESUS gave his life to make you free! Happy Veteran's Day! Remember the real hero is Jesus!

If the same Spirit that dwells in us is the same spirit that raised Jesus from the dead, then we too are able to sleep in the midst of storms and command them to be still and they must obey! REST in JESUS!

That day when evening came, he said to his disciples, “Let us go over to the other side.” 36Leaving the crowd behind, they took him along, just as he was, in the boat. There were also other boats with him. 37A furious squall came up, and the waves broke over the boat, so that it was nearly swamped. 38Jesus was in the stern, sleeping on a cushion. The disciples woke him and said to him, “Teacher, don’t you care if we drown?”

39He got up, rebuked the wind and said to the waves, “Quiet! Be still!” Then the wind died down and it was completely calm.

40He said to his disciples, “Why are you so afraid? Do you still have no faith?”
