🇺🇸 At 100 years old, this World War II veteran still understands the importance of showing up and doing his civic duty.

Today, he made the trip to the polls and cast his vote.

Let that sink in.

Election Day only comes a few times a year, but the decisions made today will impact our communities, schools, taxes, and future for years to come.

If a 100-year-old WWII veteran can make the effort to vote, so can the rest of us.

🗳️ Polls are open until 8 PM tonight.Make your voice heard.

🗳️ WHY DO PRIMARY ELECTIONS MATTER?

Primary elections often have the LOWEST turnout — but they are also where many important races are decided.

In local elections, just a small number of votes can determine:
✔️ Who appears on the November ballot
✔️ Who represents our communities in Harrisburg
✔️ The direction of local policies impacting our schools, taxes, and neighborhoods

That’s why every vote matters in a primary election.

The 2026 Primary Election will be held on Tuesday, May 19.

To help voters stay informed, we’ve updated our website with information on endorsed candidates, important election dates, and voting resources.

Let’s stay informed, stay engaged, and continue building a strong community. 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

✅ Election Night Update – THANK YOU, ELIZABETHTOWN!

Tonight, our Republican team celebrated several major victories:

⭐ All of our School Board candidates crossed the finish line
⭐ We WON the Mayor’s race in Elizabethtown Borough
⭐ We WON the Magisterial District Judge race

We are incredibly proud of them and grateful for every volunteer, donor, door knocker, phone caller, and supporter who helped make that happen.

While we fell short in Elizabethtown Borough – Ward 1, this only fuels us to work harder, connect deeper, and continue building a stronger Republican presence in our community. Every race teaches us something, and we will take what we learned tonight and use it to grow.

❤️ From the bottom of our hearts: THANK YOU to every Republican who took the time to vote, no matter the weather, schedule, or circumstances. Your voice matters. Your vote matters. And tonight, your participation made a difference.

This isn’t the end — it’s the beginning of the next chapter.

We’re energized. We’re united. And we’re just getting started.

🇺🇸 Onward — for Elizabethtown, for conservative leadership, and for our community.

Stephen Lindemuth has spent the last four years serving the families of Elizabethtown with integrity, transparency, and a commitment to responsible leadership. Now in his second year as School Board President, Stephen is seeking re-election to continue advancing academic excellence and fiscal accountability.

A Lancaster County native, Stephen graduated from Hempfield High School, earned a Bachelor’s in Secondary Education from Shippensburg University, and completed a Master of Divinity from Winebrenner Theological Seminary. His professional background is uniquely diverse — working as both a pastor and a long-term substitute teacher throughout Lancaster, Dauphin, and York counties. These roles have allowed him to see firsthand the challenges facing students, teachers, and families.

Stephen and his wife of nearly 23 years have lived in Elizabethtown for 18 years. They are proud parents of a daughter who recently started college in upstate New York. Outside of public service, Stephen enjoys biking local rail trails, visiting flea markets, and following fantasy sports — he logs hundreds of biking miles each summer.

Stephen also remains actively involved in civic participation. He has served for several years as a Judge of Elections, and continues to volunteer in grassroots community and church leadership.

✦ Why Stephen Is Running for Re-Election

“I am seeking a second term so I can continue to make meaningful conservative change on the board and within the school district.”

• Fiscal responsibility — growing the general fund and preparing for a realistic building project
• Academic excellence — raising test scores in core subjects
• Curriculum that works — neutral, challenging, parent-focused, and student-centered

Stephen Lindemuth is committed to strengthening our district’s financial stability, improving academic outcomes, and ensuring Elizabethtown remains focused on education — not politics.
