I am calling on all veterans to attend this next weekend it one way to show the surrounding community that they have a lot of veterans in the area if you want to attend let us know and I’ll pass the word on how many will be attending this is a good way to show everyone that veterans show up to show support

We need everyone to back this and call there state legislators and tell them we need there support

Our position is simple:

We support the Major Richard Star Act.

We support strengthening programs and services for veterans.

We oppose paying for those priorities by reducing earned disability compensation for future veterans.

Veterans should not be asked to pay for veterans' benefits.

Good morning y’all I’m calling all members of district 15 of Oklahoma VFW posts and auxiliary members me John Faison VFW district 15 Vice commander and VFW Elk City Oklahoma Post #3669 post commander and Chris horne of Woodward post auxiliary have created a district 15 VFW post and auxiliary community page that all from this district is welcome to join. I made it a goal this past Sunday after I found out our district won all state and both post from Altus and Woodward also won all state respectfully. I am going to try my best to try to get all of our post to win all state and all American for our district. And if your part of this district and want the same thing then join our district 15 VFW post and auxiliary community page and help with the cause if we can build a bridge stronger then ever with all of the post and auxiliary I think we can make this happen if u know any members of the post in Altus Woodward elk city Boise city fort sill algin Lawton and there respectively auxiliary please put there name in the comments below and where there from so we can make this goal and dream a reality thank you for ur time of reading this post and I hope to see some name in the comments so we can send them we can invite them to the group

Hello, this is Katrina Yoakum, the Oklahoma City VA healthcare system, veteran experience officer, and on behalf of Wade Velosage, the director, we want to inform you that the OKCVA will host an interactive Access Live broadcast that will take place on Thursday, May 21st, from 1130 AM to 1230 PM. During the virtual telly town hall. We will provide information about the OKC VA services and give you an opportunity to ask questions of our OKC VA medical experts with one on one interaction throughout this hour long call. We will talk about our upcoming in person community engagement event held by the Oklahoma City VA on Thursday, May 28th, from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. at the High Plains Technology Center, at 3921 34th Street in Woodward, Oklahoma. We'll also talk about the OKC VA expansion. New services offered, changes to the VA eligibility, and how you may now qualify or get extended benefits under the Pact Act of 2022.
