Elk Creek Rescue Squad Inc. Elk Creek Rescue Squad was started and continues today to provide pre-hospital emergency care to the sick and injured.

Elk Creek Rescue Squad was started in 1992, running calls in the Elk Creek Valley. Initially the rescue squad used the Elk Creek Fire Department to house the first ambulance and later built there own building located on Elk Creek Parkway near the intersection of Comers Rock Road. Rick Eminhizer was the First Captain and Paramedic for the rescue Squad. The Rescue Squad now has two 4 wheel drive Ambulances that are licensed as Basic and Advanced Life Support.

Good morning everyone! Today is the day of the fall craft fair at Elk Creek Rescue Squad! Come out and join us, get a jump on some Christmas shopping and support some local crafters! The rescue squad will also be selling hot chocolate for $1 a cup a nice warm treat for a chilly morning! All vendors will be set up in the bay of the rescue squad building.

We are looking for crafting vendors interested in participating in a fall vendor event on saturday November 1st. Spaces will be $20 for a 10x10 spot. The event will last from 10am until 5pm and vendors may begin setting up at 8am. More details will be made available at the beginning of October.
