Bellis Minnesota nonprofit organization leading groundbreaking work providing compassionate support to mothers and fathers whose children are parented by others.

Bellis offers support groups - and lots of empathy and understanding - especially for women whose children are parented by others. We also host a monthly conversation for anyone with any experience in adoption or foster care. After loss of parental rights, the impact of grief can overwhelm all other areas of life. We’re here to help, with in-person and online expert-led support groups.

You are worth hearing. You are worth healing.

Stronger Together Peer Support Model™ groups hosted by Bellis are for people who are no longer parenting their children, no matter what the circumstances.

People who seek support at Bellis come to us with a wide array of experiences. This includes adoption, foster care, termination of parental rights, transfer of custody, parental alienation, custody disputes, open child protection cases, and many other circumstances.

Representing the hundreds of people who seek support at Bellis, Bridget shared her story and touched the hearts of everyone in the room. We want to acknowledge the immense vulnerability and courage it took her to show up and speak in front of 100 strangers. We are all in awe of you, Bridget.
