Every May, we are honored to be able to recognize all of our Foster Care Providers who provide day-in and day-out care to some of our most vulnerable youth and adults. Our Foster Care families are vital for enhancing the lives of children and young adults in our community by not only providing for their immediate needs and safety but opening their hearts and homes when it is needed most. We are so grateful to have the Child and Adult Foster Families on our foster care team and appreciate all that they do and their partnership to serve our clients in need.
In honor of this month, the Sherburne County Board of Commissioners recognized a nominated Youth in Foster Care, Child Foster Care Providers Jessica and Bill Warzecha and Adult Foster Care Provider Kevin Heidelberger to receive an outstanding service award for their outstanding achievements and care over the last year.
If you are interested in applying for foster care or learning more, there is a great need for Child Foster Care families at this time. Please contact Sherburne County Health and Human Services at (763) 765-4000 for more information or to attend an informational meeting.
