Elkhart Lake Police Department

Elkhart Lake Police Department The Elkhart Lake Police Department is located in Elkhart Lake, WI.

The Elkhart Lake Police Department has been and will continue to function as a community policing agency. Community policing is a philosophy that promotes organizational strategies, which support the systematic use of partnerships and problem-solving techniques, to proactively address the immediate conditions that give rise to public safety issues such as crime, social disorder, and fear of crime.

We encourage the community to become involved in problem solving in their own neighborhoods so that together we can be proactive in preventing crime and social problems in our great Village.

๐Ÿš“๐Ÿ’™ Happy School Resource Officer (SRO) Day! ๐Ÿ’™๐Ÿš“

February 15 is National School Resource Officer (SRO) Appreciation Day.

This day is dedicated to honoring the men and women who serve as School Resource Officers and to those officers who go above and beyond for the students, staff, and families in our community.

SRO's are more than officers โ€” they are mentors, educators, role models, and trusted friends. Most importantly, our community is stronger because of them.

Thank you Officer Auch for the work you do with the students and staff at Elkhart Lake-Glenbeulah School District and Howards Grove School District. If you see him over the next few days, be sure to give him a thank you for all he has done.
