Last weekend, we were honored to have been invited to celebrate racing and for Bill to be part of Superbike Supply’s campaign. We know that though Josh wasn’t there physically, he was there with us (he wouldn’t have missed it!!). Our family spent the weekend together, honoring Josh, surrounded by his “people”, and the sport he loved. Thanks for a fantastic, but emotional, weekend at the track. Had a great weekend at Road America celebrating Josh this weekend thanks to Superbike Supply and their weekend! The Pigney family, as well as Mary and her family, spent the weekend surrounded by Josh’s favorite people and watching his favorite sport. An emotional but powerful weekend in their fight for .

The safety barriers just arrived at Blackhawk. Josh won’t ever miss another race! His logo and the memorial will be on all safety barriers moving forward. We know that Josh is so proud of his legacy!!! Motovid.com Events

The family been informed by the district attorney that Jacob’s public defenders have asked the court to set a trial date. As of right now, jury selection will begin on October 12, 2026. The trial should begin on October 13, and should continue until October 20. Please keep the family in your thoughts and prayers. October is a long time to wait for justice.
